Having a blast. Excited to keep moving. Atlanta for 5 days on thursday, then Seattle for three weeks. Then New York and more!
My last few days in San Francisco / Oakland were great, Hung with good dudes, saw some cool stuff.
Then I headed east to meet Mo in Atlanta to spend 5 days with Matt and Danielle. Awesome place. Great People. The world of Coke museum and lots of cool stuff to see.
Left Atlanta and am now settled in Settle for a few weeks. Started catching up on some work and enjoying this great city and great company.
today just about marks halfway on my time here in The USA. Plenty more to do and see, excited to see whats to come.
So the last little while in Seattle has been awesome. dring that time I did some trips with Mo and some other friends. The Bronx played in seattle. one of my favorite bands ever so that was a treat. Went to the seattle sculpture park, State library, Experiance Music Project, Science Fiction Museum and some other places. Here is a bunch of pics.
Also made a trip up to Vancouver Canada with Mo and Bailey. Baileys band Gravemaker had just gotten back from 5 weeks in europe and were playing a show in Victoria Island with old mates Parkway Drive. So we drove up, caught a ferry to Victoria and saw the show. slept on a floor, come back again. Canada is really clean and very scenic. Was awesome to see some old friends in far off places, and meet some really cool new people too. When i came back to seattle i met a goth on the street with a python who trying to teach it to eat pidgeons so he could save money on buying it food. The economy is tough i guess.
After a Day bak in Seattle. Mo and I headed down to Portland. Probaly one of the coolest cities ive been to so far, Really arty vibe, loads of communityt run projects and lots of cool places to hang out. Checked out downtown. Had some good dinners with some really nice people. Stayed in a cool retro hotel. Got a guided tour of the Nike head office, is like a mini city with 6000 empolyees. Amazing to see. The real reson we went down was to see The Gaslight Anthem play, which we did, and was fantastic, A death in the Family were supporting them on that tour also, so it was cool to see some other familiar faces in foreign cities. Dave Snow was also there doing merch for them and Lombi was filling in cos Jamie could get over in time. But I was bummed he was not repping the blunstones internationally. Sorry Carls.
Right Now im in Hull massachusetts, just stayed 4 days with Johnny Cupcakes, whom i met on the street in LA back in the first week of my trip, strange how things turn out. Im catching a bus this afternoon to New York City. Ill post photos from my time here in Boston/ Hull some other time. Its been really great though. There is an arcade in the basement of his house. Wow.

Its monday night right now, going to be here until what looks like friday or satrday then its across the country in the van to seattle.
But for now, here is some photos from my time in Boston/ Hull Massachusets.

So i arrived in New York from Boston. Was here for a few days, then went to Philly and Bethlehem for a few days, then back to New York.
Will be leaving NYC in the next day or so to start driving across this country. Kind of excited. But NYC and Brooklyn especially has a piece of my heart. Ill be back.
New York round one
Philly
New York round two
Just made plans to go to disneyland with two awesome friends from back home when i am down in LA right before i head home in a few weeks.
Was there when i was ten years old. Will probably be just as excited.
The last few days in New York city. Hung with Marni who was visiting at the same time, also Hockey Temper Tim. And generally just soaked up some more of the city that i definatly have a soft spot for.
Then it was time for a journey across the entire country. Did this with my bro Adam (www.adross.com) Starting in New Jersey, where we were at Bamboozle. It was across the country with a stop in Chicago to catch up with a bunch of people who were at the Burning Fight show out there and then it was drive all day and night till we couldnt anymore. Sleep at a truckstop, hope that Tonto the meth-head isnt tapping on the window with a hunting knife in the middle of the night. Then drive again, road stop breakfast and keep heading. I did a lot of driving too which was weird, as not only was it the wrong side of the road, but i had not driven in two and a half months anyway. Now i can say i drove a 15 seat Van through times square at 1 am on a saturday night.
Now im back in Seattle for another two days, then fly to LA sunday night, Orange County till friday when i fly HOME!!!
Spent my last few days in seattle enjoying my time there, then headed south late on mothers day to LA, got picked up by my friend Kellen at LAX and stayed at hers for the night, then met up the next day with my old pals Mel Pack and Nat Perry for 5 days in the OC hanging out.
I arrived back home in Melbourne this morning, Sunday the 17th of May. A very happy man. Happy to be home, happy with all that i have seen and done the last three months, a trip that definatly changed my life and brought me great experiences.
Im only back in Melbourne for two weeks, then its Perth for about 10 days, thenEurope on tour for a month. 2009. Crazy year!
Oh yeah, Lady Gaga was sitting across from me on my plane ride back home, i scored a business class upgrade. She had a wild outfit on kudos.
